Export to Itch: Downloadable Exports Now Available

When we launched Xogot last month, one of our favorite features was giving you the ability to share your game directly to the web with a single tap. No export targets, no hosting setup, no extra configuration. Your game is instantly playable in any modern browser with an easy to share URL.

Since launch, many of you have asked for a way to publish your web exports to other platforms, especially itch.io. We’ve listened and today we’re making that easy, too.

After exporting your game to the web, you can now download a standalone zip file directly from your game’s landing page. This zip contains everything you need to upload your project to itch.io or host it on your own site, including onscreen controls if you've configured Xogot's Virtual Controller under Input Device in your Project Settings.

Whether you're participating in a game jam or sharing your project more broadly, you can now easily publish wherever you want. For more details of how to export, download, and publish your game to the web, you can check out this doc: Publishing Your Game to the Web
